What is an intensive?
An intensive is a short-term period of focused therapy in which your child participates in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a combination of both, typically 5 days per week for 1–3 weeks.
For many children with neurological diagnoses, the increased frequency and repetition provided during an intensive allows for concentrated practice of specific skills and goals. This massed-practice approach can help children build new skills and make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time than may be possible with a traditional once-weekly therapy schedule.

How do I book an intensive?
Intensive therapy registration is completed through our email list, with scheduling occurring twice per year.
January–June Intensives: Registration information is sent in the fall.
July–December Intensives: Registration information is sent in the spring.
When registration opens, families on our email list will receive an announcement with the registration date. During registration week, you will receive an email with available dates and times, along with a form to submit your preferred schedule.
Once responses are received, we create the intensive schedule based on family availability, requested frequency, and overall interest.
