Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 

-3-5 years previous experience with neurological population

-Loves working with children of all ages

-Experience with neurological pediatric population

-Comfortable with positioning needs of children

-Comfortability with AAC devices as well as feeding

-Interest in working within a smaller team environment

-Interested and familiar with intensive therapy based concept

-Be familiar with standardized tests appropriate to use within neurological population

-Interested in becoming part of a company that is looking to grow and develop with an already established patient population

-Shows initiative to create opportunities for self growth and company growth

-Interested in further training in areas such as PROMPT or Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT), Vital Stim
